Services

Exercise Rehabilitation
We use an ‘Exercise is Medicine’ philosophy to provide treatment in the form of exercise. Following an evidence-based bio-psychosocial treatment model, we combine expert clinical exercise prescription with lifestyle modification exercise, individualised goal setting and personal support to empower you to reach your exercise goals.

We provide exercise treatment for recent injuries and post operative recovery as well as treatment for prolonged injuries and chronic pain.

Group Sessions
Small group sessions are a great way to stay accountable and complete regular exercise. Working closely with one of our exercise physiologists, we will guide you through a personalised and structured programme whilst educating you about technique and lifestyle habits. Prior to commencing our group sessions, a one-on-one consultation with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologist is required. This is to ensure that a specific program appropriate to your goals is established prior to your first session.

Aged Care
We have a special interest in exercise prescription for the ageing population.
We want to help you maintain your independence and quality of life with exercise.

We offer a seniors exercise group in Ballina as well as home visitation for those who cannot access transport or feel more comfortable exercising at home.

NDIS Participants
We work with a number of self and planned managed NDIS clients, to assist them in meeting their health goals, whether it be increased mobility, rehabilitation, improved exercise levels or health maintenance.
However, we are passionate about so much more then the physical wellbeing of our NDIS community. We understand the importance of social engagement, maintaining independence, building confidence and establishing healthy habits and routines to improve the social and emotional wellbeing of our clients.
